ClouCard is a personal trading-card collection tracker. This page explains what data it collects and how it's used.
What we collect
- Account info: your email address, via Google sign-in or email/password (handled by Supabase Auth, our authentication provider -- we never see or store your Google or email password ourselves).
- Your collection data: the cards you scan or add, including matched card identity, price, quantity, foil status, and which binder/collection they're in.
- Scan images: photos of cards you scan, stored privately and tied to your account, used to power visual card matching and shown back to you as thumbnails.
- Basic session data: cookies for staying logged in, CSRF protection, and remembering your theme/currency display preference.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We don't run ad tracking or third-party analytics on this site.
- Your portfolio and scan images are private to your account -- enforced at the database level (row-level security), not just hidden in the app's UI.
Where your data lives
Account data, portfolio data, and scan images are stored with Supabase (a managed database/auth/storage provider). Card identification (matching a scanned photo to a real card) runs on infrastructure we operate directly, not a third-party AI service -- your scan photos aren't sent to any external AI provider for this. Card pricing and tournament-meta data shown in the app comes from public third-party sources (e.g. TCGplayer's pricing mirror, community tournament trackers) -- this is reference data we fetch, not data we send about you.
Your choices
You can delete individual cards, binders, or collections at any time from within the app. To delete your account entirely, contact us (see below) and we'll remove your account and associated data.
