By using ClouCard, you agree to the following. This is a small, independently-run tool, not a commercial platform with a legal team behind it -- these terms are intentionally plain.
ClouCard helps you scan, identify, price, and organize a trading-card collection. It's provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Card identification, pricing, and tournament-meta data are provided for informational purposes -- always double-check anything before making a purchase, sale, or trading decision based on it.
You're responsible for the data you add to your own account. Don't use the service for anything illegal, don't try to abuse or overload it (e.g. scripted mass requests), and don't attempt to access another user's data.
You own the card data and images you upload. We store it to provide the service back to you and don't claim any ownership over it.
This is a small, evolving project. Features, pricing tiers, and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We'll try to give notice of major changes where practical, but can't guarantee it.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
